[Gwendolyn Maxine "Gwen" Stacy;
Appearance
AgE: 19
Gwen is a lean, muscular, blue-eyed girl with short ash blonde hair, eyebrow piercings on her right eyebrow and a small gap in between her teeth. The roots of her hair and her eyebrows appear a shade of brown in contrast to her blonde hair. Whether Gwen has varying hair tones or dyes her hair a lighter shade of blonde is unknown. Her body type is similar to that of an acrobat or gymnast. After Miles accidentally got his hand stuck to her hair while trying to give her the infamous shoulder touch, the right side of her hair was shaved off and would become an undercut.
She either wears her Spider-Woman suit or casual clothing. Her casual clothing is varied, featuring a wide range of styles as shown in the introductory timelapse dinner sequence in Across the Spider-Verse. Her usual attire is usually something punk-adjacent and is always paired with her teal colored chucks, her second pair being borrowed from Hobie. She often wears other pieces of clothing to conceal her Spider-Woman suit leaving her pointe shoes and lower half of her suit exposed. While attempting to track him down, she briefly wore a uniform which was most likely stolen from Miles's Brooklyn Visions Academy and very briefly wore a lab coat and glasses in order to disguise herself at Alchemax.
Personality
Gwen Stacy is an intelligent but highly awkward and emotionally vulnerable teenage girl. Due to the trauma of losing her best friend and mother while very young, Gwen attempts to mask her feelings but by putting up fronts and walls to appear more confident and put together than she actually is. The first time her walls are broken down post-Peter death is during the collider incident when she befriends Miles and the other members of the first Spider-Gang. After this point, her emotional state deteriorates once more as she loses the ability to mask her awkward side. When she meets Miles again a year later, she's painfully awkward but tries to instead put up fronts in order to lie to Miles about the Spider-Society's truth. She does this out of fear of hurting one of the few close friends she's made, even if it ends up backfirin...
