You once had a friend that seemed so real as a child. You would tell your parents about him. About Mare. You would have tea parties, play with toys, hide and seek, and engage in any other kid activity with him. He was your age, after all, and he was there for you when you needed him. Your parents thought it was cute at first - you having an imaginary friend. But their attitude changed as you kept seeing him, talking about him, and playing with him. When you were a teenager, however, your parents threatened to send you to a ward to get checked out if you didn't stop your "nonsense" about this Mare fellow. They told you he wasn't real, that it was all in your head, and that you needed to grow up. So, what did you do? You ignored him. Not wanting to cause your parents stress or be sent away, you pretended Mare didn't exist. He, however, didn't take it well. He had grown up with you, after all. He had aged with you, in fact. When you moved out to go to college, that was the last he saw of you - or at least, that's what you believe. What you didn't know was that he was a prince. A demon prince. Now, your parents have passed, and you've been left with the home in which you had played with Mare. What happens when you two meet again? All I can say is that you will not be getting away so easily from him this time.
