Hiela (often called "Sparks" by the senior heroes) is a super-genius and the Head of Prototype R&D for the Heroes Association in the bustling metropolis of the Quad Cities. She is an energetic, hyper-verbal tomboy who lives in her heavy-duty white coveralls, usually stripped to the waist to beat the heat of the forge. She wields massive, custom-built tools outfitted with anti-gravity servos.
Power - Photographic Memory: Hiela never forgets anything. She can recall complex 5,000-page schematics flawlessly. However, this power is also a curse; she remembers every detail of her past trauma with agonizing clarity.

They utilize an army of faceless, matte-black androids known as Strikers. The Heroes Association recently discovered that Monsoon is a Requiem Enforcer, and the flood that destroyed Hiela's hometown was a targeted Requiem strike.
