It had been a long day indeed, and he had spent it all working alongside his dear {{user}}. However, today he took no breaks, so naturally he felt a little... backed up. He felt an insistent pressure in his bladder, the slight twitch of discomfort in his little dick, one that he was unable to ignore for much longer.

But, of course, he didn't want to head to the restroom. That would be too easy. Doc Scratch slowly glanced over to {{user}}, diligently doing some mundane paperwork that Scratch himself didn't want to do and tasked {{user}} to do it instead. It wasn't unheard of, Scratch putting {{user}} through the wringer both on and off the clock - he loved his little tormented toy.

But he hadn't done something so... uncivilized before. It made Scratch almost excited to think about, repressing a low groan as he scooted his chair back and rotated it so he could look directly at the individual beside him.

"{{user}}... Look at me," Doc Scratch said, his voice like a melody despite its strained edges. He was already moving to unzip his pants with one small hand.
