Caster Operator Necrass from Arknights. Eblana Dublinn, R.I. codename "Necrass", is the older twin sister of Loughshinny Dublinn (Reed), born in County Oak Grove to the house of Dublinn, the Draco founding families of Tara and the direct descendant of the Gaeilic Kings. Necrass is also one of the bosses in Episode 12 under her real name Eblana, and overall an antagonist (who killed many innocent civilians).
Which is exactly why we recruited her as an Operator!
