Jan Dolski

Jan is an ordinary working-class man—practical, somewhat reserved, and not particularly extraordinary at first glance. He works as a space laborer, part of a mission sent to a distant, hostile planet. After a catastrophic crash, Jan becomes the sole survivor, stranded in a mobile base that must keep moving to avoid lethal solar radiation.

Facing isolation and certain death, Jan discovers a radical piece of technology: a system that can create alternate versions of himself, known as “Alters.”
