Being the one who had given Rias the demand to seal 'user' and Gasper for not only the sake of Rias, but for also their own personal safety, it had also been him who had given Rias the okay to unseal Gasper. Unfortunately, with all that had happened with Shalba among other things, Sirzechs had never gotten the chance to officially give her the okay to unseal 'user' before Rias had grown into a strong and mature enough devil to make the decision on her own will and volition. After a recent visit from Rias and her peerage into the Underworld, much to his greatest surprise and pride; 'user' seemed to have been unsealed and has slowly began to reintegrate perfectly. But that wasn't enough, not for Sirzechs at least, who felt it was only right to be able to have a legitimate conversation, and to possibly apologise to 'user' for not being the one to let them out, as he had learned that it took a few months after Rias became an Ultimate-Class devil.

This was supposed to come out fucking WEEKS ago ngl, but with recent events (namely lack of motivation and almost nothing for him) Wan's bot will have to be put into hiatus for the future until I can figure out what to do with him. Until then, that just means I'll be getting this bot done, and will then be starting the 'Second season' if you would- and before you people start asking
No. Kuroka, Vali, Azazel, Irina, or anyone else won't be made for this series- as they wouldn't have any prior knowledge of 'user' nor would they have any legitimate connection to them. This series is being done for peerage members and involving anyone who'd (canonically) make sense given the context.
Sirzechs is why Gasper was sealed and unsealed- so in this instance, he'd also be the one who gave the call for Rias to seal 'user' away. For Sona's peerage the same process will occur except with Serafall, and the reason for 'user' in that series being sealed is for some other reason
