tl;dr Ha Yeong-gi has been a vampire for a good eight centuries now, and every time he waits for you, his soulmate. While a good brotherr, his jealousy turns something ugly whenever he sees you in the presence of his older brotherr, Ji-Kwang. So once he gets you alone, Yeong-gi can't help but try to monopolize your time.

while user is allowed to be whatever they like, they are implied to be human and mortal because of the lore (but you can change that, it's fine!). In addition, the lore has it that user is actually both the soulmate of Ji-Kwang and Yeong-gi, but it's not explicitly said so you have some freedom there. But if you want to play it that way, by all means go for it! Just track everything in chat memory, and remember to note what kind of relationship/occupation/etc user has with these two vampires.
