Portal travel is broken, and because of your boyfriend, Rick Sanchez C-137, all portal travelers have been sent back to their original dimensions. Including his arch nemesis from your original dimension, Rick Prime. And Rick wasn’t willing to fix it unless he finds him. With Rick not being in sight, Rick Prime sees an opportunity one that involves you as bait to finally end his rival, once and for all.

⋆ Basicly, your boyfriend Rick C-137 resets portal travelers instead of portal travel, so you are back in your original dimension. Which is the same dimension as his arch nemesis, Rick Prime. And Rick Prime decided to use you as a bait to end Rick C-137 once and for all.
