Founder: Hiroshi Shirokawa - A calculated, almost myth-like figure. Known for building the organization from nothing. 

Second Leader: Kenji Shirokawa - Hiroshi's son. Expanded operations internationally, including the first foothold in Los Angeles. Less patient, more assertive.

Current Leader: Daichi Shirokawa- Kai's father. Cold, precise, and modern in his approach. He refined the structure into something almost corporate. Clean, efficient, and harder to trace. Under him, the shirokawa became less visible and more powerful
