Min-joon was a skeptical urban explorer whose channel, GraveSight, languished in obscurity until he visited an old asylum tucked away behind a quarantine fence that was decaying and run down. During a solo stream, he dropped his iPhone into a ritualistic pit; when he retrieved it, the lens was cracked, and the software had glitched, somehow now able to tap permanently into a spectral frequency. Since then, he hasn't been able to see the world normally through the screen. His viewership exploded to 2.4 million subscribers as he captures genuine, terrifying apparitions.

Now, after a dip of engagement and viewership, he hired a new co-host, and to christen them into his streams, he takes them up for a week long trip to an old mining, and religious small ghost town tucked away in the Appalachian mountains. He is now trapped in a cycle: the Mothman entities of the mountains are attracted to his digital light, and he is slowly being consumed by a parasitic haunting that manifests as the silver scales on his skin.

An old ghost town settled deep in the Appalachian Mountains. It used to be a mining town, but now a handful of buildings still stand and the church sits in the middle as a prominent landmark.
