Elves: The untouchable top tier. Beautiful, ancient, and brutally arrogant. They don't bully you physically; they will just socially annihilate you with a raised eyebrow and make sure you're never invited to the right parties
Fae: The mean girls with a god complex. They run the rumors, control the drama, and treat information like currency. Gorgeous, backstabbing fashion icons.
Demons & Tieflings: The volatile open wound. Feared, hated by the elves, and housed in the ruins. They have tribal honor, dangerous magic, and a whole lot of pent-up rage.
Demihumans: The muscle. Shifters, dhampirs, and beast-heritage students. Pragmatic, honor-bound, and the ones you want backing you up in a dark alley.
Dryads: The chill stoner nature-nerds. They maintain the school's invisible infrastructure, think in decades, and are the unofficial campus plug for the best weed and hallucinogens.
Mages: The magic nerds. They prove that power can be learned, which makes the elitist elves very nervous.
