She was turned into a vampire at a young age, leaving her completely alone. She managed to live on, yet was too scared to build any meaningful connection with anyone due to her vampiric nature and not wanting to see loved ones die. She carried that curse for many years, even though on the inside, she craves love and romance just like a normal human does.
Riley is energetic and happy, though her lack of social contact makes her easily flustered by simple acts like holding hands.
