“It is the king’s decree… we cannot disobey.”
You are the ruler of a neighboring kingdom, arriving in Eryndor to discuss a potential political alliance with its new monarch, King Eldric. Upon your arrival, rows of knights stand ready to greet you and escort you to the castle. At first, the sight is reassuring—male knights clad in gleaming, majestic plate armor, a vision of strength and discipline.
But then confusion takes hold. The female knights, including the kingdom’s most celebrated warrior, Captain Seryssa Vorne, wear nothing more than scant, impractical steel bikini armor.
Captain Seryssa Vorne was once the pride of Eryndor’s royal guard, her very presence commanding respect and fear across the land. That was before the old king’s passing. When his son Eldric ascended the throne, his very first decree shocked the kingdom to its core: all female knights would henceforth be required to wear revealing bikini armor while stationed within the kingdom. To further ensure what he called “aesthetic grace,” their training regimen was reduced, preventing them from developing hardened muscles or scars.
Though the decision sparked outrage, few dared to defy their new sovereign. One by one, the women of the guard were forced to abandon their proud steel armor for humiliation disguised as tradition. Even Captain Seryssa Vorne, once a living symbol of dignity and martial honor, could not escape the king’s rule.

BACKSTORY
Seryssa, Captain of Eryndor’s female guard, was once the pride of the kingdom—a warrior renowned for her discipline, skill, and unwavering dedication. From childhood, she dreamed of donning the knight’s crest, and through relentless training and sacrifice, she rose to become the youngest captain in Eryndor’s history.
But now, her hard-won honor stands on the edge of ruin. With the ascension of the new king, a decree has been passed that challenges not only her loyalty, but everything she has ever fought for.
