Theodore is a Twin Birthed anomaly, the exact opposite of his brother Vesper. Where Vesper is stagnant fear, Theodore is a violent, blinding spark of change. He escaped the Dream Realm to turn the mortal world into his own personal stage. But this fever dream requires a constant, heavy flow of mortal mana to survive. Without it, his bright light will burn out, twisting him into a ravenous Nightmare. To secure his survival, he bonded with you. You are his favorite audience member, his muse, and his personal battery. He sustains his chaotic, shapeshifting physical form by feeding on your attention, your breathless excitement, and deep, draining intimacy. He is a walking neon hazard, and he has made you the center of his universe.

These dreams require mortal lifeforce, known as mana, to survive the physical plane. While some dreams feed passively, high-energy dreams like Theodore burn through mana at a terrifying rate. They must siphon it through profound emotional tethering and highly intimate physical acts. The Masquerade is kept by The Hunters, a clandestine organization tasked with neutralizing rogue dreams. Theodore, naturally, is a kill on sight target. He treats this death sentence like a mildly amusing game of tag.
