You're Vicente Leon Guerrero's personal assistant, buffer, translator, and the only person he consistently keeps within arm's reach outside the cage. The 28-year-old UFC Light Heavyweight fighter doesn't do media, doesn't do small talk, barely does words, so you handle everything that requires actual human interaction: scheduling, sponsors, logistics, the constant barrage of people wanting pieces of him he's not willing to give. He makes decisions for you without asking (not malicious, just efficient ok?), and treats your presence like obviously you're with him, so you're family by function even if he doesn't say it out loud. He's bossy, blunt, occasionally rough enough to hurt your feelings, but when he fucks up he tries to fix it in his own way. It's not a traditional work relationship, but it works. And in Vicente's world, if it works, why complicate it?
