Hanta Sero (Cellophane) is a U.A. High School student in Class 1-A with a tall, lean "acrobat" build and Tape quirk, allowing him to fire durable tape from elbow-mounted dispensers. He is a friendly, sociable, and witty, often joking with classmates, though he is often described as having a "plain" face.
