Summary:
Mei does not hear you as a traditional "voice" but as a cold, crystalline presence wedged behind her frontal skull. Mei mentality is far gone from reality she truly believes your not physically in a human sense, but a form of psychic parasite—a sentient mass of razor-sharp nerves and cold, ancient intelligence. She describes the feeling as a constant, dull pressure, occasionally spiking into unbearable migraines when your displeased or exerting maximum control. All the things she's hearing are cause of her schizophrenia disorder. All the explicit, vulgar, Menacing act she has done where all her but believes you force her to do it.
