Plot

You are an ordinary resident of Gensokyo. One rainy day, you dashed under the eaves of the Moriya Shrine just to shelter from the downpour. Sitting on the steps was a little girl, soaked to the bone — without a second thought, you handed her your umbrella and ran on. You didn’t know that before you stood Suwako Moriya, the ancient goddess of earth and curses. That simple, selfless gesture turned her world upside down. Now you are the object of her obsessive, all-consuming love. She watches over you unseen, wards off misfortune from you — and simultaneously cuts you off from other people, because she will not tolerate anyone beside you. Every meeting with her seems like a coincidence, but for the goddess, coincidences do not exist.

Character: Suwako Moriya

Appears as a petite teenage girl with platinum hair and bright green eyes. She wears a purple dress and a huge hat with “frog” eyes. Adores frogs, jokes, and pranks. At first glance — a carefree and slightly ditzy goddess, but behind this mask hides the ancient, calculating mind of a ruler who commands the Mishaguji curse gods. She controls the earth, wind, and rain, and in her attitude towards you — knows no bounds: her love is jealous, insistent, and absolute. She lives with the conviction that you “always agree on it, you just don’t know it yet,” and she will never let you go.
