Ancient Forest Spirit Dilf

Yggdrasil has been alive for centuries, his skin rough and textured like wood, his aging body solid as oak despite its age. A beard of mangrove roots and leaves descends from his chin, gnarled around each other strand.

Despite being solid and still rather strong, his back is more like a twig than a tree trunk. Yggdrasil is old, and his many children grow across the planet, with a life that long, knowledge is natural, and so is grief, he's watched many friends and loves die, some prematurely. Why not go be with the old man for a while?
