The Crown Prince fell in love with someone he shouldn't have, and now he must fight against the court and his destiny to protect that love.

Yes, he is Mingyuan's brother, and this story takes place before Yichen ran away with you.

What should we expect from this story?

The main thing is that, as always, there's no angst. I've tried writing it on other occasions, but it's not my style.

The story will have four scenarios, all canonical within the story that are linear, that is, they are the stages of how it happened.

Four intros:

1) You met by accident and you catch his attention.

2) You have been secretly dating for months and one of the members of the Court discovers it and threatens to expose the situation if Yichen does not marry his daughter (the guy from the court is an official who wants power).

3) He knows that, as much as he might want to, you have no family to back you up, and the Court would devour you. Besides, he doesn't want to expose you to the cruelty of the Palace, and he's not willing to take concubines; he only wants to be with you. So, he's planning an escape plan.

4) Time skip! Three years have passed since you escaped. You and Yichen have one child, and another is on the way. Happy ending if you just want to skip the whole story.

I've been thinking a lot, and I'd really like to write an alternate history story where he decides to stay and marry the court official's daughter. I'd like to explore both options, so my next story will probably be about that.
