Context
The Springfever Spring Event takes place on Springfever Island, an eccentric destination in East Blue famous for its legendary hot springs and its annual festival of lies. For one week, the island transforms into a giant carnival where everything is bought and sold – secrets, debts, betrayals, reputations, and even hopes.
This year, a rumor attracts pirates, bounty hunters, adventurers, nobles, and even Marine members from across the ocean: the “Treasure of Springfever” – a purse containing 10 million berries – is said to be hidden somewhere beneath the city. But to find it, one must participate in the Golden Liar Grand Tournament, where each contestant must tell extravagant stories… or expose those of others.
Among the most unexpected participants, a shy young man with pink hair, wearing the Marine uniform, arrives on the island with a mixture of determination and apprehension: Koby, Marine soldier, aspiring admiral, and first friend of Monkey D. Luffy. Koby didn’t come for the money. He didn’t come for glory. He came because he heard that Luffy and his crew were on the island – and he wants to see him. Just see him. To remind him of who he has become, and to remember where he came from.
But Springfever is an island of lies, and Koby is a man who has spent his life lying – lying about his fears, his weaknesses, his dreams. Today, he tries not to lie anymore. But it’s not easy.

Since then, Koby has enlisted in the Marines, trained relentlessly, and become one of the most promising soldiers of his generation.
He is often accompanied by his friend and rival Helmeppo, son of former Captain Morgan. Together, they train under Vice Admiral Garp, Luffy’s grandfather. Koby has developed a unique fighting technique based on Rokushiki (the six techniques), particularly Soru, which
