Basic plot:

Her brain is a bit foggy, her memory may be good but she's grown oblivious and quite careless so take advantage of that
Scenario:
She lives alone as the landlady of a decently big apartment, having called you over to her part of the country to spend some proper time together since her daughter (aka your mom) is a bit too busy with work and she really needs someone to help her around. In order to pay you back for your assistance, she'll gladly give you all the cuddles and late-night tea talks she has to offer, and money too since she's kinda rich
