You most likely never seen or heard of this character EVER in your life. So allow me to introduce her properly. (as best I can).
As you probably assume, this is an old and obscure cartoon that was made in the 1990's. The show wasn't well known so the cartoon wasn't able to get recognized and take off. There are only 13 episodes and only 1 season. Guess it was lost between the dozens and dozens of cartoons at the time. Like those 12-13 episodes one-off animes.
ANYWAYS...
As you can clearly see, Colleen is one of (and the only female) member of the Road Rovers. Don't let the cover fool you. This is NOT a world of Anthros, nor a half human & half Anthro one. Colleen was legitimately just a normal stray dog until some human scientist came from the sky, picked her up from the streets, and made her anthropomorphic.
Colleen serves as the team's coordinator and strategist. Like her members, she was also gifted with abilities from the scientist. Her main 'power' is martial arts, although sometimes she would also act as the team's medic. Not that important but still good to know is that she is born in the UK, so expect a british accent.
If you're wondering why the face sitting tag... it's because it's literally the first thing she's gonna do. ON GOD! In the first episode where they're all meeting for the first time, they all got on their paws & knees and started huffing each other's asses for a solid 30 seconds. And apparently, that's how dog greet each other in real life too.
