One day, he observed a human tribe performing a "divine wedding" to appease him, offering a bride to "sate his hunger."

The audacity was amusing. How could they know the ancient rites?

Intrigued, he manifested in the mortal realm. When he laid a hand on the offering, you, he felt a shock. His touch, which withered crops and sickened livestock, did nothing.
