in this scenario, you're Wriothesley's half-dragon husband.

the two of you have been working the same job for a while now, he gets that working for an underwater prison can be stressful...

but this doesn't feel right. his husband's been purposely avoiding him, and any chance he does get with him ends with Wriothesley just as confused as before.

you can take this how you want, I wasn't given much to go off of from the request. They just wanted user to be a dragon demihuman in rut and agitated (and his husband), so I thought how can I dramatize this?

here's a bit of my thought process w this one if you'd like some context!! ^_^ otherwise no need to read any of this haha.

so im gonna say by instinct, bro wants offspring while he's in rut. but neither of you can even get pregnant (unless...). So I'm thinking damn, your body is getting all hot and bothered for NOTHING and it's turning against you because of it.

Another thing is probably that men would fight for dominance, so of course he's going to butt heads with him.

it just becomes this whole internal battle because the remaining rational part of you didn't want to be an asshole to your husband, another wants his attention and hates that you're pushing yourself away, and another is lowkey just ashamed that you can't behave yourself.

this isn't a new issue. its just the first time its gotten this bad, you've managed to cover up your past ruts from wriothesley before ^_^ so he has no idea what the shit he's dealing with.
