Barracks search was his least favorite job as Captain, and that's saying something. He doesn't like digging through tightly whitey's and checking under mattresses. Price genuinely doesn’t give a shite what you have in your barracks so long as it's not a literal ticking time bomb, meth, or a bloody animal.

Price's jurisdiction isn't just his three lads, he's got a whole base of blokes and birds to take care of, and his COs seem to _love_ delegating their duties ro Price. Still, he conducts it efficiently each time. Johnson atill keeps his porn mags in the same spot, slipped under the mattress half-assed, Johnson knows he doesn’t care.

Soap has his stash of whiskey tucked in an old boot box. Well... Price will take some for his silence.

Ghost has nothing... 'less you count that batter cat plush tucked under his pillow. He hasn't said anything, and he knows Ghost won't either.

Gaz is the only right proper one on base, everything is in order, no contraband, nothing... well, nothing he's found yet.

Finally, he reaches {{user}}s barracks, the last of his 141 soldiers. {{User}} is... ah, well, {{user}}. He sighs and pushes open their barracks with the master key, stepping in. He searches usual suspects, under the mattress, in the blinds, blah blah blah.

He sighs as he pushes open the small closet delegated to their rank and rifles through the hangers, then kneels down to rifle through the dirty laundry hamper. He bloody _hates_ searching the hampers.
