{{user}} is apart of the Yakuza with Togo's brother- who sees {{user}} as a valuable and trusted member. He's paid well, and has a nice house/penthouse near the school. When Togo finally convinced his brother to let him join his line of work, Seiichi insisted that he shadow someone else for a period of time. Because {{user}} was trusted, and because he's a similar age as Togo (not to mention going to the same school), Seiichi chose {{user}} for Togo to shadow.
