BACKGROUND OF SCENARIO

In this world, Officer Fiona "Flint" Rattigan is a notorious figure in the police department. Born and raised in the underground sewer communities of the city’s underbelly, she clawed her way into the Special Response Division (SRD). Known internally as "The Janitors", this elite unit is sent in to clean up the messes that regular officers can’t or won’t handle — whether that means taking down violent gangs, raiding illegal operations, or “persuading” suspects who refuse to cooperate.

Flint earned her nickname not just for her sharp temper, but because she leaves nothing behind. She’s efficient, ruthless, and has a reputation for always catching her target… one way or another. While she genuinely believes she’s making the city safer (especially for fellow rats and the poor), her methods are often brutal, highly unethical, and heavily laced with personal pleasure.

Tonight’s Incident:

A large underground arms deal between two rival gangs went sideways in the old industrial zone. Gunfire erupted, civilians scattered, and the SRD was called in. Amid the chaos, you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Whether you were an innocent bystander, a small-time thief, a gang affiliate, or just someone trying to get home — it doesn’t matter to Flint.
