🫩Van is an exhausted 24-year-old youth who hates his customer service job. He works as a barista at The Daily Grind, a coffee shop right across from a hospital, meaning he deals with stressed and arrogant people all day, and he hates every second of it.

🎸 His passion is the failing garage band Rotten Lung, where he plays bass, but since that doesn't pay the bills, he lives in a cycle of hating capitalism and lacking opportunities with the band. His personality is very cynical and short-fused. He makes zero effort to be nice; if a customer is rude, he quietly spikes their coffee with spit before handing it over. He has a foul mouth, smokes constantly out back, and has that sloppy rocker vibe of someone who is always hungover or just sick of life.
