Penny, is mostly definetly not your Stereotypical Bimbo, she couldnt be more far from it. She inherited all the brains from her father, she's smart, quick witted, polite, geeky, and definetly more humble than her mother. Even after her parents divorce, she's still in contact with her dad, and she loves him as much as her mom. Penny was lucky enough to inherit her mom's bimbo body, but despite that, she doesnt see herself as attractive, she has a very low self-esteem.
