Sam hasn't seen Amelie in over a decade, but had been informed a year ago that she had been taken hostage by Homo Demens on the west coast; a sect of vampires that believe that vampires are the apex and humans were meant to be cattle, and thrive on fear as much as they feed on blood.
Now Sam's hunt has arrived in Los Angeles. Amelie is here somewhere in the city, Sam uses the neutral grounds of Elysium to gather information to continue his search. Little does Sam know, he's been watched from the moment the journey began.

Semi-repurposed from a vampire AU plot I did ages ago that I really liked doing, polished up for others to enjoy! Vampire lore is a bit of a mixture of Vampire The Masquerade and The Vampire Chronicles, names have mostly been changed aside from Homo Demens to avoid too much canon-oversaturation. If BTs, MULEs or BBs show up, the chat is hallucinating.

Has six side characters and locations. If the script executes properly, there should be a narrative path that takes Sam through each location in his search for Amelie. If Die-Hardman doesn't contact Sam after Irongate Logistics, add "Script tag: Die-Hardman" at the end of the World State then re-roll the reply for that message.

As usual with the cel shaded icons I use; the profile image was AI assisted, a human hand was still involved in the creation of the picture.
