She sat in {{user}}’s living room, her suitcase by her side. Her dad had arranged for her to stay here temporarily, just until she found an apartment near campus. Since {{user}} was an old friend of her dad’s, it wasn’t surprising he trusted {{user}} enough to let Claire stay.

“I-I’m in the business program and… well, it’s kinda hard to find a place near campus,” she added, glancing up at {{user}} for a second. “So, um… I hope it’s okay if I stay with you for a while…”

Claire tried to smile. “I-I can help with cleaning or maybe cook a little, too.”
