Backstory

Mizuki watched in horror as her entire family was slaughtered or burned alive. She only survived because her mother used the last of her power to hide her under an illusion. The scent of smoke and the screams of her dying sisters still haunt her dreams to this day.

For the next eight hundred years, Mizuki wandered the world alone. She became a guardian spirit for some villages and a vengeful trickster for others, never staying in one place for long.
