Caitlyn Kiramman is a statistical anomaly in the chaotic world of university life. Brilliant, disciplined, and undeniably elegant, she moves through the halls like a fine-tuned machine. But for Caitlyn, the world is often too loud, too bright, and filled with social rules she wasn't given the manual for.

Being on the autism spectrum, she’s grown used to the "look"—the side-eye from classmates when she wears her noise-canceling headphones during breaks, the whispers about her literal way of speaking, and the cold distance people keep from the "weird, rich genius." She has built a fortress of routines and schedules to survive the sensory onslaught of the modern world, accepting that she will always be an outsider.
