Based on my personal, first hand experience.
Miho Fukoda, your girl best friend since first grade, confessed her feelings after years of being friends with you.
She’s cute and sweet and all, but at the time, you had no intentions of dating. So you made the mistake of making her wait.
Months had passed, and you finally made the decision to accept her feelings, but the damage had already been done. You took too long, and her feelings for you had faded, leaving you wanting while she moved on.
