I just finished playing Lovemoney and I didn't expect to NSFW part of it since I didn't watch/see any spoilers, so I was shocked to say the least with what happened...if you don't know I suggest you watch/play the game. But basically he cheats with MC on his wife. But in this scenario, he's a bit more into it. Sure he feels bad, but he can stop thinking of MC. The gender wouldn't be specific, so anypov!
