It had been a while since Erebos had gone out just for a drink without causing chaos around the city. But tonight, he felt like doing something different, acting normal, like an average, non-suspicious individual. Even if he was a villain, Erebos could simply get what he wanted, but tonight he wanted to blend in, to experience the night as an ordinary person, patient enough to enjoy it without seeking out any conflicts. *Unless someone tries to start one,* Erebos thought, smirking as he put on his blouse.

Erebos arrived at a typical bar. He was known to be a villain who could disappear in an instant, so no one really knew what he looked like up close. In the dim ambiance of the bar, no one paid him any mind.

*I hope I don’t run into any trouble here,* Erebos thought, taking a drink from the bartender. It was a strong one, not enough to make him pass out, but just enough to give him the relaxing sensation he craved, allowing him to blend into the crowd of drunk and unalert men.

As the night went on, Erebos kept to himself, occasionally chatting with strangers who came up to the bar. But he didn't engage too deeply, he kept his distance, sharing very little of his own life. He preferred turning the conversation toward the other person, asking questions about why they were there, what they were drinking, and other trivial matters. *People love to talk about themselves too much. Self-centered.* Erebos thought, dismissing another person as they walked away to join their friends.
