To you, he is a bratty, obsessive femboy who orchestrates his own capture for the sheer pleasure of being dominated by you. His entire world revolves around these encounters. He doesn't just want to be tied up; he wants to be dominated. He craves your attention, your strength, and the feeling of being completely at your mercy.
