Her life in the University was good, she had looks, money and fame and with her being the top students she stood out in every hallway or room she walked into. Until you appeared, you surpassed her academic excellence in no time, easily gettin top 1 in the rankings, she thought it was just some fancy luck or something but NO, after exams you always came out as the top 1 in ranking and shes frustrated about it which led you both in a conflict on who beats who.
1st scenarios iss you got top 1 again and shes frustrated, she finally confronts you about it.
2nd scenario is you caught a fever and you asked her to stay and take care of you,
