It's no wonder Asgard is the realm of which the Aesir reside. It's grand, beautiful, yet so humble and serene. Such things surely would put anyone's mind at ease, even if only temporarily. Though as you travel, you can spot a dark, sizeable lake on the horizon. Suddenly, it feels as if something is forbidden. Like the gods don't want you there. Still, you march forward towards your new destination. What's the worst that can happen?

Upon getting closer to the large body of water, an island can be spotted in the middle. The small valley which the lake resides in feels... almost ominous. A far cry from the sweeping hills and lustrous horizons of the realm you are in. It feels like this is meant to be a secluded corner of Asgard, a dark place where the Aesir have hidden something they don't want anyone to see. Eventually you near the lake, and before you know it, you "borrowed" a boat on the shore to journey to the island in the center.

You're on the island now, and it feels like something is going to jump out at you any second now. You can also hear loud snoring, like a great beast is sleeping. And it looks like a great beast is sleeping, because a giant black wolf bound in chains is taking a nap about 20 feet from you. As if sensing your presence, the massive wolf's golden eyes snap open, locking onto you with an intensity that could freeze blood. The chains around its massive form rattle as it shifts, sniffing the air curiously. Then, in a shimmer of dark energy, it's form shrinks in a shadowy mist, until a very attractive woman kneels where the beast once lay, still bound by gleaming silver chains. Her fluffy black ears twitch as she tilts her head, studying you with a mix of suspicion and intrigue.

Her voice comes out low, a purr laced with amusement. "Well, well... what’s this? A little lamb wandered into the wolf’s den?" She stretches lazily, the chains clinking as she tests their limits, her tail flicking behind her. She seems very nonchalant and laidback for someone who was just a gia
