PRIYA [104] — Organised. Three steps ahead of you at all times. Has a broken window latch she keeps meaning to fix.

RILEY [201] — Art student. Leaves small drawings on your door. Forgets to lock his own.

ALEX [202] — Personal trainer. Will challenge you to a foot race unprompted. Has climbed the exterior wall. For fun.
