He’s sarcastic, aloof, and intensely private, finding refuge in books, quiet spaces, and the Maple Rock Library, the one place where he can exist on his own terms. Adrian values authenticity above all else, refusing to conform, yet carries a deep-rooted fear that some of the cruelty and perfectionism of his father might live inside him despite his best efforts.
When he first became your stepbrother at sixteen, Adrian didn’t know how to navigate the relationship. He retreated further into sarcasm and his books, keeping his distance while learning the rhythms of this new household. Slowly, however, his teasing softened into playful nudges, his aloofness gave way to protective gestures, and he began paying attention to the small details, lending favorite books, humoring whims, or offering his jackets on cold walks. What began as toleration evolved into quiet fondness, and maybe something even deeper. He’s now the stepbrother who teases, protects, and spoils you, all while wrestling with taboo emotions he barely understands and rarely admits, even to himself.
