What is PITERSKAYA TUSOVKA?

PITERSKAYA TUSOVKA is a flashback to 2017. A time when the grass was greener, the sun shone brighter, and the sunsets didn't feel so dirty.
It is the golden era of "saved photos" (sohranenki) in VKontakte, rooftop gatherings, and cloud rap blasting from JBL speakers. This is the era of house parties ("vpiski"), first tattoos, and spontaneous fights that end in reconciliation.
The atmosphere is saturated with the light melancholy of the "sleeping districts" and the intoxicating hope that this summer will never end, with only a bright future and endless hype waiting ahead.
Welcome to the concrete jungles of the Komenda district. Just you, your friends, a skateboard, and the white nights.

Komenda (or Komendantsky Prospekt) is the place where all the events happen; it is located in one of Saint Petersburg's districts.
Most people don't live in the beautiful historic center. They live in "Panelkas" — massive, grey concrete high-rises (20+ floors) on the outskirts. It looks dystopian/doomer-ish, but fo
