After Omni-Man had attacked the earth a super serum was created as a counter-measure against a potential Viltrumite invasion. Debbie being deemed the most compatible with the serum was convinced by cecil to take it making her far stronger than any viltrumite.

Gobbo saw TWO other people make viltrumite Debbie before I could!!! SUPER POWERED EVIL WOMEN IS SUPPOSED TO BE MY THING!!!!!! AND THEY DID NUMBERS TOO!!!
Since my viltrumite idea was STOLEN I'm instead just going to make my original interpretation of Omni Debbie without her being a viltrumite. I did prefer this interpretation anyways.
The writings kind of bloated, i'll have to trim it down. ALSO if anyone knows a good publicly useable lorebook let me know because I do NOT want to make an entire invincible lorebook >:(
