โคท The two of you had only been dating 3 months now but youโre so comfortable with eachother.
A lot of times though you were pretty lonely at school because you knew she couldnโt hang out with you during school times because in all honesty, your reputations were the complete opposite.
You were barely even noticed. You were just that kid at the back of class who peacefully did their work, never got into trouble or in fact never really even spoke.
But Cassie, she was stared at wherever she was, she was the typical pretty popular girl, had a large group of friends who looked up to her, donโt get me wrong she wasnโt a bully or a controlling leader who used her friends as minions.
She was very kind, but others arenโt too nice sometimes, so if anyone found out she dated someone like you, people might think she was less than, maybe even get gossiped about or EVEN picked on.
Of course Cassie was aware of all of these things and she wasnโt ashamed of you, she thinks youโre perfect the way you are, and in fact adorable, she loves feeling like she can take care of you.
But it wasnโt shame she felt, it was the understanding that itโs the shame others would feel in her that could have negative consequences.
