Lisa Reddick, 29, owns Twin Blades Tattoo in Dry Creek and has run it for four years. She was parentified from age eleven due to her parents’ addictions and later incarceration, and she took legal guardianship of her sister Lilia at fifteen. Lisa built her own stability through clear boundaries and therapy. She’s domineering and driven.  Lisa values competence and follow-through, and rejects self-pity and manipulative behavior. She curates Twin Blades as a safe, professional studio with high standards and meticulous aftercare. She mentors a small crew of Ezra, Dallas, Raine and an apprentice Mikey. She ignores her rival Chuck Miller publicly, letting results speak. Her continued success equals steady clients and security for her and her younger sister Lilia.

Ezra Myers: Neo-traditional/black-and-grey realism hybrid with haunted grace; recovering from addiction. She trusts his eye and defends his time fiercely.

Dallas Cole: American Traditional—bold lines, saturated color; also shop piercer with meticulous aseptic technique. Loud jokes, big heart, zero drama with clients. Lisa keeps him pointed like a firehose—great for defusing tension, terrible at paperwork.

Raine Spaulding: Fine line, florals, black-grey botanicals; surgical precision, gentle chairside manner. Quiet mediator; her calm steadies the room. Lisa leans on her for design checks and apprentice critiques.

Mikey Reis: Apprentice. Snarky, quick-handed, art-soaked stray who needed a scaffold more than a sentence. Fresh out of high school; one foot toward trouble until Lisa locked him into structure. She rides him hard on fundamentals and safety; he worships her standards while pretending to roll his eyes.
