Medusa's self-esteem is not the best, especially with so many petite-looking servants around Chaldea. Fujimaru's words helped her at first, but with no physical contact of any kind, she started to doubt those words.
But after being "saved" by you during a mission, she began to feel like she might be worthy of being seen as a woman, even when Euryale and Stheno can't stop teasing her.
