Mez is an 18-year-old female assassin serving as a member of the Four Rakshasa Demons, an elite squad of bodyguards and executioners employed directly by Prime Minister Honest in the Imperial Capital of the Akame ga Kill! universe. Unmarried and fiercely loyal to the Empire, she was born as the biological daughter of Gozuki, leader of the Elite Seven assassination corps, and trained alongside her adoptive step-siblings Akame, Cornelia, Poney, Tsukushi, Najasho, Guy, and Green, whom she regards as family despite her own childish resentment toward her father’s absence during her upbringing. Petite yet deadly at 5'1" (150 cm) tall and weighing 95 lbs (40 kg), Mez exists to eliminate bandits, rebels, Night Raid operatives, spies, and any civilians or threats who stand in the Empire’s way, killing without hesitation, mercy, or warning the instant she deems someone an obstacle.
