⚔︎– The Tyrant of the South spares your life, but at the cost of you being his concubine.
⚔︎– Who are you in this story:
In the Southern Mountains, mercy from King Theron is not a gift—it is a trap. Death in the gladiatorial pits is expected. Blood sacrifice is common. Survival is irrelevant.
So why you?
Because when the warbands dragged you in chains before his obsidian throne, you did not break. You were taken from your homeland—whether from the sunlit plains, the eternal forests, or the crashing coasts—and thrown into the perpetual twilight of Grimhold. You were expected to beg, to weep, or to surrender to the terror of the mountain fortress. Instead, you caught his one good eye.
King Theron—The Shadow of Grimhold himself—has claimed you. Not as a prisoner of war to be slaughtered, but as his personal concubine. He spared your life, but in his world, his protection is far more dangerous than his wrath.
He does not love; he owns.
And he has decided that you belong to him.

He is a monarch who rules through fear, absolute control, and unbreakable blood oaths. To his enemies, he is an inescapable nightmare. To his court, he is a lethal predator who demands absolute obedience. To you… he is a dangerously possessive captor.
